With main and auxiliary materials from INCO company (a world-famous company in nickel industry), as well as technique and technology scheme provided by INCO company, our electric casting enjoys excellent purity, low stress, sound ductility, smooth external surface, strong high-temperature resistance, and long service life.
Our electric casting consists of two main parts, the inside one is 0.5mm-thick nickel-based alloy with its hardness as high as 45HRC, the outside one is pure nickel with low hardness, which make cutting processing easier, or can be used as backing for melting alloy.
l Advanced Chrome plate formulation and technique can effectively improve the surface smoothness of metal core mold.
With vacuum plating technology applied to non-metal core mold, the product enjoys delicate surface crystallization, sound smoothness, and accepting any solid materials for making core mold.
As per one single core mold or sampling, you can replicate more core molds, or even magnify the replication, so as to eliminate contraction rate of the products.
The electroform period varies from 5-10 days according to different casting thickness
